I put this wave together knowing we'll be dancing on a gorgeous wooden platform facing north along stunning sandstone cliffs and a perfect Australian beach, with a small group, as lockdown means we can only have 10 people for a class.

This is a slightly modified version of my second part of my fourth long mix providing a musical space for ceremonies and journeys within.

At some track transitions nature sounds are used, for others a track is mixed into the next. For a few silence is used. This is done, as it for me is important to focus also on the silence and ambient sounds of our planet. It is from this, that the music arises. "Part 1 - Settling" is meant for settling in, arriving at the place where you listen to this music, as well in yoour own body.
"Part 2 - Going Deep" is meant for the real work, where you on your journey travel within. The music can here help you experience different states and emotions and will guide you through
"Part 3 - Coming Back" will be posted in the near future , and is meant slowly to bring you back, letting go of your inner work, and integrate it in a state of celebration in a space of love and light
