Underland 2023 - Saturday night after the Effigy Burn - SynCity Dome aka Home

This was a special night playing with some of my best friends in the Dome. Playing after the Boss herself always makes me nervous, Chelsea Brown is a dear and close friend who is also a bad ass DJ behind the decks. Joel who is also a great friend was playing after me and played some seriously dark and upbeat tunes, well done Dirty Doily!

Recorded this one for the drive to lovely Buena Vista, CO to witness a few dear friends tie the knot. On my continued quest to learn the craft o-djing on the rotary mixer and CDJ's.  Month 4 of the new hobby. 

This vibe is House. A little house, latin house, afro house, hip-hop vibes -- all my favorite flavors of house. 

Each time I tinker and record, I learn a bit more about what NOT to do and what is working.

Wow, wie die Zeit vergeht!! Schon wieder 5 Jahre her dass Micha seinen kleinen Traum einer eigenen Bar namens Little Vision verwirklicht hat. Es ist für mich und vieler meiner Freunde zu einem kleinen 2.Wohnzimmer geworden. Man trifft sich, quatscht, trinkt leckere Getränke, hört Musik und wird immer mit offenen Armen empfangen. Auch wenn ich persönlich nicht unbedingt sehr oft im LV „aufschlage“, ist es immer wieder schön hinzugehen. Auch musikalisch habe ich viele schöne Abende mit Freunden erleben dürfen. Ein paar meiner Erinnerungen an diese Abende fliessen in diesen Mix ein, quasi so ein persönliches Best of LV. Das LV hat einen Platz in meinen Tagebuch-Erinnerungen verdient. ☺️ Dann hoffentlich auf die nächsten 5 Jahre! Cheers!!!!
