Children of Gaza was founded by Husein Al-Attas a.k.a Anis at 1st day of January 2010, but the idea to form this band was actually at 2009,  but it cannot be materialize due to his work with his previous band Log Guns (Indonesian Rock Band).

The ongoing Murder, Persecution, Rape to the “Children of Gaza” on Gaza, Palestine. Trigger his heart to vocalize the people of Gaza with Music and Words. For the music we add a Folk Middle East influence in our compositions and we combined it with Metal. Even so, we are not just represent the people of Gaza. We also expressed Freedom, Human Rights, and Social Issues.

The First Line Up for Children of Gaza was,
•	Husein Al-Attas as Lead Vocal
•	Halim Syahdana as Lead Guitar
•	Ghozi Awfan as Rhythm Guitar
•	Freddy Pardamean as Bass Guitar
•	Muhammad Maldo as Drum
Sadly, at the end of 2011 Ghozi must resigned from the band because of his job, and it was replaced by Syarief at Keyboard, and now we are only just one guitar player. Current Line Up is,
•	Husein Al-Attas as Lead Vocal
•	Halim Syahdana as Lead and Rhythm Guitar
•	Freddy Pardamean as Bass Guitar and Backing Vocal
•	Muhammad Syarief Al-Haddad as Keyboard and Backing Vocal
•	Muhammad Maldo as Drums
Musically, we are inspired by lots of music genre, from Progressive Metal, Death Metal, Power Metal, Thrash Metal, Nu Metal, Horror Metal, Atmospheric Metal, Opera Music and Folk Music. But Folk Middle East Music has its own role to ours, and we called our genre as Folk Metal with Middle East Influences.

We are just a group of musician who only can feel the sadness and the suffering from the people of Palestine. And we are here to vocalize their unheard voices to the world of what is happening out there, with our strong musical notes and incisive lyrics. We are here to spread out what we feel about the suffering in Palestine and the struggle of this world. We want to fight Genocide, Persecution, Rape, Subjugation,  and every negative aspects with our Music.
