Originally from Paris, Pierre LX started DJing as part of the Brazilian electro scene of the early 2000s. He then moved to London where he studied film and worked as a studio engineer, soon scoring a minor club hit with his debut release Madeleine on Initial Cuts.

By the turn of the next decade, having established himself as a regular fixture behind the decks of such legendary clubs as T Bar and fabric, Pierre released his album Out 1 to critical acclaim. He later relocated to Warsaw to study and teach philosophy, eventually becoming a honorary member of the famed Brutaż crew.

In recent years, alongside his ongoing academic research, Pierre has been running workshops for students in Nice where he is currently based. His new album Loyal & True, which collects tracks recorded live over the past fifteen years, is out now on Laral Tapes
