New single from the next album!

I grew up on a street in Western Helsinki called "Ruusutarhantie", which means "Rose Garden Road". I recently visited that place for nostalgia's sake when I went to visit my family back home in Finland last December.

That place triggered so many memories. They had cut down a huge linden tree that used to be there, but otherwise the place looked exactly as I remembered it from childhood. The houses appeared to be smaller though, but maybe I've just grown bigger.

A contemplative and moody collection of some of my favourite tracks from the explosion of IDM bedroom producers in the early 2000s. live@Kinetic Fire 2020 - Starstruck (Future Chill)

What inspired this: Back when I was living in Hollywood, a street performer I knew that dressed as the Scream character was taking a paid photo with a tourist. Some onlooker called the police saying he was holding a knife to a kids throat, cops showed up and shot first and asked questions later. I I think he was hit about 15 times. I woke up to a police helicopter and gunshots. This happened less than 1 block from my house. I remember being so outraged at the concept of authority, I've protested with BLM, I've laid in the street, I've been on the front lines of that war. Racism, Bigotry, etc all exist, are terrible, and by all means, should not exist. But I truly believe in the deepest parts of my being that the real threat to us overarching all of these phenomena is the concept that other people claim authority over you. This is the underlying problem that keeps us all enslaved. Know thy enemy.

Pulling inspiration from fantasy RPG games and David Attenborough nature documentaries, a sense of natural magic within this instrumental album begins to take shape. With song titles that reference birdsongs and final dances and burial grounds, this full-length takes you away from modern times. This forest is mystical. This lore is wild.
