A finalization of Carnival Night Act 1 from the Sonic 3 11/03/93 build.

This song is actually slightly broken in the 1103 build as the universal sound bank in Sonic 3 was updated sometime before this build and the song wasn't yet updated to reflect these changes. As well as that some instrument changes aren't present from the Origins version.

In this 'finalization' I've aimed to bring these back with their correct instrument choices, as well as introducing some tweaks taking inspiration from Lava Reef Act 1 and Hydrocity Act 2.
