Marilena Samantoura is the artist behind the “SESEN” project. With many years of experience as a music composer and extensive music studies in her background, she started producing electronic music in 2005.

In 2008 she hosted “PsychoTropic Beats”, an ambient electronic show for Danceradio.gr

In 2011, SESEN’s first release “Sun Ritual” appeared in Ultimae Records’ compilation “Ambrosia” selected by Fishimself, featuring Max Million & Gusk, Miktek, Sygnals, Alpha Tek, Memphidos, One Arc Degree, AES Dana and Asura.

In 2012 her track “Emerge” appeared in Ultimae Records’ “Greenosophy” compiled by Mizoo, featuring mnnsk, Rildrim, Liquid Stranger, Cell, Ajja, Tripswitch, Solar Fields, Miktek, James Murray and Cygna.

(2012) Her collaboration with J.P. Illusion “Sunflowers” was released in his E.P. “Dreamcatcher” by Harmonia Records.

(2013) “The Observer” was released in “Cosmoscapes” compilation by Atmospheric Records, featuring Seamoon, Erot, Kliment, Rabitza, Gloomwing and Cell.

(2015 & 2017) SESEN participated twice in the “Chilling Dragon Tales”, compiled by Anubis with her tracks “Tempus vs. Conwerter” and “Terrain”, released by Forestdelic Records.

(2017) Her remix for Koan’s “After the Guiding Venus” was released in the album “Koan - When the Silence is Speaking (Greek Remixes)” by Blue Tunes Records.

(2021) In 11th November, SESEN released her debut album "Juju" under the Merkaba Music tree.
