Stargate is the handle for one Lorenzo Senni, and he makes a kind of shimmering, sludged and epic hybrid that sounds somewhere between Hype Williams, a narcotic variant of AraabMuzik and slowed down, inverted Trance. Lorenzo falls in line with the subversive aesthetics of James Ferraro and Hype Williams as well and starts off more or less where Daniel 'Oneohtrix' Lopatin left his KGB Man alias with Ian Van Dahl's 'Castles In The Sky', "...something in between pre-sleep Tetris Effect and Trance music in slowmotion: gated soft synth arpeggios smoothly modulate towards brutal supersawed patterns, disintegrating into ecstatic vocals." First cut 'Born 2 Love' goes deeep, locking us below slow, shallow waves of arpeggio, Eddy Current's wailing axe and an emo G-beat, while 'Dawn Of The Cryogenics' gradually calibrates noise scrawl with submerged yacht bliss dynamics, leaving 'Driving Hyperreality' on a spiralling ascension to new levels of R&B melancholy. French-born but Berlin-based DJ & producer, Justine Perry proposes a timeless sound of fast-paced, deep and trippy grooves that have gained the likes of many key venues in Europe such as Berghain, Tresor, Rex Club, Khidi, IFZ or Radion to name a few.

Always on the search for new artists to support, Justine has built strong relationships that have brought her to take part in Parisian Resilience crew and becoming a resident DJ at Strasbourg well respected club - Kalt.

As part of the LGBTQIA+ community with appearances in queer parties, Justine embraces the need of building diversity and a safer environment in music.

2024 marks a significant milestone in her career, with the release of her debut EP on the renowned Dynamic Reflection label. This step showcases Justine’s finely crafted vision as a producer, adding a new dimension to her artistry and earning her recognition as a versatile talent in the techno sphere. Besides this, she also released tracks and remixes on labels like KR Records, KALT or MALöR.
