Big Blue X is a rock band featuring Brian on vocals and Carl on guitar and keyboards. The band draw influences from Chris Cornell, Lenny Kravitz, Led Zeppelin, Pearl Jam, Temple of The Dog, Black Sabbath and Tool.

Big Blue X started in October 1999 in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Brian and Carl both write lyrics and play keyboards on demo’s.

Brian chose Big Blue X for the band name. Brian said, “I wanted a band name that reminded me of good times spent on a beach.”
