From Costa Rica and now based in Berlin. Has been passionate about music since childhood. He started by making mix tapes with a recorder and cassettes and playing music at family parties. Growing up surrounded by the diverse genres of Latin America and the Caribbean, the MP3 era further expanded his collection and introduced him to even more styles. Playing at friends' parties and high school events, using computers and programs helped him solidify his djing fundamentals.

Before moving to Berlin, his EDM knowledge was quite general. However, over the years, he delved deeper into many of the sub-genres, enjoying the club scene 🦆 festivals 🚀 and also playing under this project a few times per year since around 2015. In 2020, he started a collective with friends to organize openair parties during those challenging times. 

His sound ranges from downtempo to mid-melodic to high-energy techno. 

The name "Einfach Taffo" playfully nods to how locals pronounce "Tavo" 😅

something between progressive deep-house and melodic minimal techno: electronic dance music, but no EDM!

Hallo ihr Lieben, ich bin Daniel meet the Katze. Ich verstehe mich als Live Akt und werde auch Musik Produzieren! (Ich übe noch :) Hier werde ich immer wieder mal ein paar Sound ´s rein setzen.
