LUVLYF is Canada's hottest up and coming DJ with a fiery passion to take over the world... one dance floor at a time. She has over a decade of experience rocking the stage and it shows! Colette Trudeau, aka LUVLYF, is a multi-talent singer, songwriter and DJ. 
 
LUVLYF's music can be described as the perfect balance of progressive house and pop music, which makes her popular amongst party-goers and raging EDM fans. She knows what people want on the dance floor and delivers it with an exciting and interactive stage show. Not only does she rock the turntables, but also has the ability to incorporate her explosive live vocals when performing her catchy original music.
 
Off stage, LUVLYF continues to entertain fans as a Recording Artist. She writes & records her own music with songwriter/producer Davor Vulama. He has recorded, produced, and engineered for everyone from Outkast’s Andre 3000 to American superstar Ashley Tisdale. The duo has collaborated on previous projects and has an undeniable synergy in the studio. They have come together to create LUVLYF and the infectious new single ‘Rush’, which is poised to take the mainstream and EDM scene by storm. The partnership is just one more fabulous chapter in the developing LUVLYF story.
 
LUVLYF is famous for her work as the lead singer of the all-female rock group LIVEONRELEASE, where she spent most of her teenage years touring the United States and Canada. Signed to Her Majesty Records/Warner Music Canada, she co-wrote their hit single "I'm afraid of Britney Spears”, which appeared in the movie and soundtrack for "Dude, Where's My Car?” The band released 4 music videos on Much Music that received heavy rotation and released 2 full length albums in Canada and the U.S.
 
As a solo artist, her first single, "I Don't Wanna Know”, was on multiple CHUM radio stations’ top 20 charts and her self- titled CD received nominations for “Best Rock CD” at the 2011 Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards and "Aboriginal Recording of the Year" at the 2011 Western Canadian Music Awards. In addition, several of her songs have been placed in movies, TV shows and recorded by international artists.
 
LUVLYF has received an astonishing amount of acclaim for her music. In 2012, she joined the group The Proper Villains where she found her single, ‘Shattered’, on multiple radio stations across Canada. In 2013, the group rebranding themselves as Red City and released their debut hit single, ‘Hold You’, which reached as high as #24 on the iTunes Dance Charts and was added to Canadian radio stations such as The Beat 94.5, Streetz 104.9, K94.5, Galaxie Radio and more.
 LUVLYF released her lead off single "Rush" which received radio airplay across Canada, was included in the 2015 AERO Now (Aeropostale) Back to School Campaign and found its way onto multiple TV shows around the world.

As an independent artist, LUVLYF has begun her journey pursuing her dream to be a top DJ, singer and songwriter. LUVLYF is the epitome of style, savvy, positivity and talent.
