Enormously popular at music festivals and DJ round ups around the world Dj Dwight "chocolate" Escobar is our own connoisseur of afro Cuban and latin rythms, mixing Cuban Timba, Latin Rap Hispanic, Hip-Hop and the most exquisite Salsa. Dwight has played to large crowds at major latin events all over Australia and the world was a pioneer in the introduction of the Cuban sound to Sydney.

Recently DJ Dwight "chocolate Escobar has launched nights of Afro Cuban sessions at the Basement, bringing big international artists from New York, Havana and Venezuela to our Australian latin music scene. This popular new night is backing up DJ Dwight "Chocolate" Escobar's already successful  Thursday and Saturday nights at La City and Margaritaville. Friday night DJ Dwight Chocolate Escobar reigns supreme. His electric mix of salsa beats heat up both the dance-floor and the crowd .

Thursday nights Dwight uses his charismatic and suave style to turn what would normally be a cold winter night into an exuberant summer experience playing his electric combination of the very best of Salsa coming out of New York, LA and Havana in a place beautifully located and packed with some of the best Sydney salsa dancers mingling with celebrities, members of Sydney's night scene and tourists responding to the buzz that has been created around Chocolate's night.

 DJ Dwight "Chocolate" Escobar is making his mark and with his natural charisma and the grace of God making him not only one of Australia's but one of the world's best. 

From 2010 till now Dwight has been collaborating and has also been responsible for bringing Los Van Van & El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico Wilson Saoco "The Legend of Colombia", Miguel Enriquez from CUBA and Many others. 

He has had the pleasure of sharing the stage as a DJ with many international artsists including Oscar De Leon, Edwin Bonilla, Jose Alberto "El Canario", Alfredo de la Fe, Pedrito Martinez, Bailatino and many many others.
In 2013, DCE Entertainment (Dwight Chocolate Escobar)  have taken over the reigns of the most important Latin Festival in Australia, The Bondi Latinamerican Festival, in it's 34th year running, introducing for the first time a major international act, taking the event to new heights.

Also scheduled for early 2013, production of the tour of world famous Colombian Salsa band 'La 33', a very popular group with dance fans from all over the globe. This 2014 we are producing again The multiple Grammy winner El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico.
