Med School are delighted to welcome Sunchase aboard with a debut 6-track EP that fuses melodic electronica and drum & bass with thoughtful percussive patterns, compelling vocals and infectious bass lines.

Downtempo title track “The Truth” opens with beautiful simplicity and a gorgeous vocal softly and unfolds into an atmospheric wave of synth-laden calm. Sunchase combines forces with Electrosoul System to create “Thing”, a warped and futuristic drum & bass excursion proving less is definitely more. “Kolo” enrols the unrivalled talents of Blu Mar Ten, culminating effortlessly into a blend of distilled musicality intertwined with complex and crisp drum patterns.

The infectious and funk-ridden bassline of “Think Of” keeps your ears guessing and feet moving, while “All Of Us” takes the listener on a thoughtful and meandering journey accompanied by Scoda Galina’s ethereal vocal talents. Last but by no means least is “Slowly”, charged with warming sub, inquisitive melodies and echoes of early Synkro releases on Med School circa 2010.

"Around We Go LP" album by MidKnighT Moon is full of various sub-genres of drum’n’bass. The hallmark of the New Zealander’s music is hidden harmonies which are dissonanting with the main theme of the track, making his production, however, especially exciting. All the 13 tracks will definitely drop on the dance floor, depending on the time of the day. The album is listened in a single burst and every listener will find the favorite, because techmospheric, liquid, elements of techstep, neuro, deep and minimal drum’n'bass were mixed here to a different extent. Chook comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience; having made a name for himself in the world of techno influenced drum and bass. His label, Full Force Recordings, that he started in 2004, garnered support right from the off with DJs as diverse as Roni Size, J Majik, Calyx and Teebee all queing up to work the label's releases into their sets.
In 2012 Chook has gone on to co-found the band Monophona; together with singer-song writer Claudine Muno and Jorsch Kass on drums and percussion. Here we experience a fusion of Chook's deep edgy electronic routes, combined with the delicate intimacies of folk and acoustic sensibilities. Their third album was released in autumn 2017.
At the same time he’s been releasing progressive house and melodic techno on labels such as Perspectives digital, Lauter Unfug, Mango Alley, Iconyc, Fuse Records, Aboriginal and Baroque Records. Gaining support by the likes of Quivver, Eelke Kleijn or Darin Epsilon.
