Sonic Fauna is a new app designed for experimental electronic music production & sound design through algorithmic and generative creation. With Sonic Fauna you can assemble digital instruments through a super intuitive U.I. and build custom configurations of sequencers, synthesizers, drum machines and effects. The goal of Sonic Fauna is to be both a highly compelling tool for creating interesting sound & music and to be the center of a community of enthusiasts that help guide the direction of the project. The app is currently in a private alpha and is planned to enter a public alpha in the coming months.

chra is the Alter Ego of Christina Nemec. After a long period of experiments in low frequencies and noise-effects, chra starts to work on clubbeats . chra  plays with sinuswaves – created through shareware soundeffects  - processed through taperecorder and analogue and digital tools: logic, ableton live, 4-track-machine, sampler, … 
2011: started to play bassguitar again in severald bands and projects

My music often straddles the intersection of acousmatics, experimentation, and sound art. It is defined by an organic approach to sound, where subtle shifts in timbre and intensity are as dramatic as melody and rhythm. Layered structures of subtle murmurs, rough textures, resonances, drones, and sudden bursts of sound aim to immerse the listener in a contemplative soundscape.
