Thanks coming by to hang out! I'm Floris. From Haarlem near Amsterdam. Still 32 now, but time flies. I haven't made any music since I've had kids and started to paint a lot. But back when the internet was all edgy and shit (around 2013) and I was still an idiot kid, I used to make this cynical psychedelic pop in a little messy attic room with a macbook, cheap mic, tascam interface with 2 inputs and a small kid sized epiphone guitar (which I plugged directly into the interface, because I'm a savage). 

I had studied classical and contemporary music composition under a few different composers privately. And when I got bored with classical music and started living on my own at 19, all of these songs just kind of puked out of me. Back then I had a lot of free time and I just fucked around, smoked way too much weed and made stupid things every day. 
I was a big fan of Connan Mockasin's "Forever DolphIn Love", Mac deMarco's "Rock and Roll Night Club" and Sean Nicholas Savage entire bandcamp. So they influenced and inspired me a lot and my stuff is very similar in aesthetics to theirs. But I think I gave it enough of a twist to keep it interesting and unique. 

The lyrics are strange and nihilistic and the musical compositions are creative, fun and often pretty eccentric if I may say so myself. Every song is like a self contained weird little story. It's like going to a fair at night on LSD and seeing a puppet show that you dreamed of before somehow.

So roll up some of that good sticky icky cheesy kush, put on some headphones, lay down comfortably and enjoy a trip into my weird druggy adolescent brain. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll think I'm horrible but its okay, my grandma is Asian.

I tried my best to give the tracks a decent enough mix but most of the songs on here are old demo's. You'll be fine with some good headphones or nice speakers with good bass. Phone and laptop speakers might sound crappy though. Enjoy and have a good one!
