Since the launch of #hmvLiveAndLocal in 2019, I have been the sole booker and organiser for the Newcastle which recently celebrated its 200th in store event. Hosting all levels of experience from debut live performances to established ‘Local Heroes’, everyone deserves an opportunity.
Highlights include Andrew Cushin, Jango Flash, Liam Fender, Finn Forster, Kathryn Williams, David Brewis (Field Music) and Victor Ray.

Currently a judge for The Road To Hardwick. Alongside BRIT Award winning Johnny Bond (Catfish & The Bottlemen), Marisam Events founders Maria Winter & Sam Harris. North East Fuse founder Paul James. Joined for the semi-finals by local music star Geoff Mull and Gigco creators Ben Kindlan & Matt Gray.
The winner of the final, decided jointly by judges & public vote, will earn a space at this years Hardwick Festival.
