Journeys in Podcasting is an ongoing project that began between three teachers (Chris Davis, Natalia Leon, Diego Lopez) as a way of propelling professional development through critical episodes and events, or podcast sessions.  Most interviews are the culmination of a unit of research and often become inspirations for blogging afterward.  Design Thinking structures the cycles of immersion, problem defining, and formation of inquiry for discussion.  There is also a series of longer, more closely edited episodes on iTunes.
