This is a live one-track cassette recording of my song “Eyes So Wide” I just found in the analog vault and converted to mp3. It was the opener of a 3 song set I performed at a venue called The Red Door. The second song was a cover of “Under The Milky Way” followed by my tune “I Want It Back”. I sang and played Telecaster, and my good friend and producer Fred Krug played second guitar and added some fab harmony vocals. If you dig it please feel free to comment or repost!

Each & every I of us  has been bestowed with gifts & tools that are required II navigate this thing called LIFE.  However, how choose II use, or not  use the gifts is  another matter.  No doubt obstacles, challenges, minefields, uneven terrain & bottlenecks  will present themselves in different guises, & all echoing the same mantra “ it is impossible”.  It is @ that crossroad where giving up is the easy thing II do. But the road less travelled is the I II take. Chris Drabble, based in the Northwest of England, is a rock guitarist who has over 50 years of playing experience.
With nearly 50K streams on SoundCloud in the last 12 months being a mixture of Guitar Rock and softer Ambient instrumental tracks, Chris is now ramping up his rock guitar work with his latest album ‘Foot to the Floor’, which harks back to his youth when rock guitar tracks had a catchy opening riff, and was the sort exciting music you felt you had to tap your foot to. 
His influences include Rush, Led Zeppelin, The Police, Simple Minds, Pink Floyd, Joe Satriani and Jimi Hendrix. He is currently listening to Porcupine Tree, Dream Theatre.
