Hopeworks - what can I say, the most exciting hometown gig for me in a long while.

Why so special ?
Because it's about returning to the place where I first got the bug, a pitch black warehouse in the city's industrial heart. I see a whole new generation, more than eager to break off from the homogenized norms and seek out something fresh, the same way I did (except now everyone has a computer in their pocket)

What goes around I guess, but it's more than that
Certain parties capture a feeling, a sense of place and time, and this one is just a little bit special.

Here's a mix up of some recent faves used for warming things up prior to the guests (who so far have included Blawan, Boddika, and for the next party - June 1st - the mighty Funkineven & Ossie)
