Raised In the creative capital of Canarsie Brooklyn, Kami's obsession with music sparked from early on when she began singing tunes and melodies at the tender age of 4. As her sound matured the trinidadian rooted vocalist developed those seductive tones that always came naturally to her by shaping them around the styles of artists who've inspired her most such as Aaliyah & other influences like Brandy, Mya, Mint Condition, Boyz II Men, Teena Marie, & Erykah Badu. coming into her own as an experienced artist who's worked with several other up & coming musicians in and around the city area, Kami is ready to let her voice (as well as her story) be heard across the nation the way she always intended it to.
