The time has come: Boris Brejcha’s long-awaited single “16 Red Even” is finally about to be released. The inspiration struck on New Year’s Eve 2024—during a tense and unforgettable moment at the roulette table. That night, Boris and his friends were reminded that luck doesn’t always play fair. What ended without harm could’ve easily taken a darker turn. And that exact tension is what “16 Red Even” captures so powerfully.
Musically, the track is unmistakably Boris: a haunting lead melody, a steadily building arrangement, and that punchy kick paired with a rolling bassline. It’s already a crowd favorite at his live shows—and just as gripping for late-night drives or headphones.
This release holds a special place in Boris’s heart. That’s why he created a stunning music video to go with it—inviting viewers into a surreal, cinematic world where glamorous gambling nights don’t always end in celebration. In the video, Boris appears as the Joker, acting as the croupier while his friend Jakob goes all in—on the wrong bet. A fictional story, sure, but one that might just hit a little too close to home for those who were there that night...
“16 Red Even” will drop via Fckng Serious at the end of June, including both the original and a powerful extended mix.

We’re celebrating a Fckng decade! German techno label Fckng Serious is turning 10 this August - and to mark the occasion, we’re releasing a very special EP unlike anything the label has done before.
6 artists, 3 tracks, 1 compilation EP. We had some fun and let the dice decide: our “Compilation Dice Roll” created three unique pairings and three brand-new tracks that couldn’t be more Fckng Serious. Back in 2015, Boris Brejcha had a vision: to build a label where music is released exactly how the artist wants - no compromises. From day one, close friends Ann Clue, Deniz Bul, and duo Theydream were part of the label, shaping the Fckng Serious vibe with their music and crew spirit. Over time, the roster grew: Moritz joined in 2020, Frieder & Jakob in 2023, and in 2024, Julian Wassermann started releasing exclusively with the label. Fckng Serious has never been about one genre - it represents a broad range of electronic music.
Fun has always been the top priority. It’s not just about the sound - the crew energy is at the core. Over the last ten years, the label has grown into a major player with global releases, unique events, and its own merchandise line for fans around the world.
The label and its artists have evolved - and there’s still so much to come. Boris Brejcha and the whole Fckng Serious team have big plans for the future.
