Hollywood Cliches

Believe it or not, I grew up listening to Christian rap and hip hop.  In my adult years, I've always enjoyed listening to KJ-52 and TobyMac.  This album is an ode to them and the impact they've had on me, at least stylistically and a few of the lyrics.  This is an album that I hope will be fun to listen to, to laugh to, but will also have a few moments that make you feel something greater than yourself.

Twelve

I wanted to have fun with this album, so a lot of the songs are upbeat and lighthearted.  However, I included the song, "I Tried," on this album that is essentially what I want the last words said about me to be.  Cohesively, this is an album about making things that don't seem like they should go together prove that differences should not pull us apart.
