Featuring the legendary saxophonist Agogo, the textured bass of Midi14, and the velvet organ of TT Williams, Anissa Boualem lets them take the lead. She whispers only three poetic lines across the entire piece, punctuated by the word “écoute” a call to truly listen, not just hear. This is not a song. It’s a ceremony.
