Saturday early morning in a time of sunrise recorded on my balcony. Many small birds has morning play around microphones, distant church bells, there is also river hum and little traffic.

Evening by the lake in July with tawny owls and bush crickets. The high pitched buzzing sound is what I think a massive amount of feather mosquitoes flying around by the shore.

What a beautiful experience and dialogue with the birds, especially the Txana or Japini bird. 

He’s the most intelligent of all the birds as he can reproduce any songs of other birds. 

They Didn’t get to the point to make my flûte sound but what a blessing playing with them.

The Magic of My Encounter with the Harmonic Flute

What’s truly magical about my story and my meeting with the harmonic flute is that this encounter was, in fact, an extraordinary sensory experience.
I use these words because it happened during a night of prayers, while preparing an entheogenic plant medicine from the Amazon. It was then that I first heard the sound of the overtone flute — except no one was playing…

I was the breath, the wind, the colored current revealing the sacred geometry of that most mysterious element — air — so invisible, so subtle in our daily experience.
I was this element, spiraling inside the flute’s cylinder, its resonance vibrating and singing in my ears.
I didn’t quite understand the invitation — was it a call to learn the transverse flute, or perhaps the didgeridoo? It could have been either… yet the sound did not match anything I had ever heard before.

Time passed — more than two years — until one day, during a ritual in São Paulo, at the Porta do Sol, I heard the very instrument whose essence I had once experienced… Revelation. Magic.

Marcos Reis and Alan Gonzalvez were each playing a long harmonic flute made of bamboo, inspired by a tribe from the Brazilian Amazon.
Just a week before returning to France, I managed to order two of them from the astrologer Denilde Reis, who crafted for me a pair — one yin, one yang.

Back in Europe, I visited the same Porta do Sol, or rather its European extension in Moravia, in the southern mountains of the Czech Republic.
At the end of the ritual, I discovered the hand-made harmonic flutes of Rostia, who invited me to play.

Naturally, I blew into it — and received inspiration.
Endless inspiration that still nourishes a deep passion for this instrument: a tool of connection, a bridge of communication between worlds, a language that unites the hearts of all living beings.

Imagine if, by activating a single button within your system, you could suddenly see all the waves surrounding us — colorful threads undulating, intertwining, forming symbols in the air...

I am passionate about the hypnotizing power of rhythms, off beats and other nuances. They are great healing tools because the vibrations interact with our cells and help our brain to pass into alpha or even delta waves, thus bringing relaxation and regeneration. Music is a force of nature.

I started serving cocoa in 2012. 
Coming back from Brazil, I wanted to give continuity to my spiritual studies and organise circles where we can pray, sing and dance. With my company Sol Semilla I had in my hands a raw cocoa of very high premium quality. My friend and partner Frédéric Marr, founder of the raw chocolate brand RRRaw, invites me to participate in a dance of the 5 rhythms. it was very inspiring for us and together we initiated the first cocoa ceremonies in Paris. Since each ceremony is nourished by the brothers ans sisters that we invite to share their spirituality.
