The Claude Rains Orchestra Sampler

"Get Down and Funky", like most of the CRO's songs, began as a simple test of the "vocoder" effect that is heard in it. ANYTHING that makes you sound like a Transformer deserves to be played with for awhile, and this was the first result. I like that it's talking about getting funky, yet there is not one traditional "funk" lick in the whole song. It was never meant to stick around as a permanent title, but I just couldn't bring myself to lock it away forever. It's also makes me ask what I have against bass lines...Oh, well. Enjoy!
