this version uses my intro with some added percussion, gavin's composition changes, and is mostly the same as the final version except it keeps the key change from the original, with an extra repeat of the main section, and the outro closely resembles the intro. although the ending that gavin came up with is really cool, i still like the ending in this one too, something about a callback to the intro just feels right.

THE END OF ALL THINGS [COLLAB, B-SIDE]

it plays from 2:56 to 3:06, it's pretty much background noise to fill up the mix unless you listen closely

there's actually 2 guitar leads overlayed, playing in unison in this, i didn't hear it at first until i listened to it in isolation

this one had a different buildup for the breakdown (the orchestra isn't spliced in the leadup, and there's a sfx that was taken out in the final version), plus there's no od lead so you can hear some of gp's cool sound design at 0:32 more clearly.

forgot to upload this, pretty sure it was thi that sent it, and gp contributed. the background lead is pretty cool, i would've liked to have kept it as a buildup before the actual breakdown tbh.

I uploaded this because I feel like the intense section in this is so much better and more full than in the final version. That being said, the final version's long intro is really nice, and it has some cool sections later on.

Well, I've been wanting to do this ever since the original came out over 2 years ago, and, *here we are, finally, at the end. Obviously, this could have never happened if my friends didn't offer to help with the project. While there might've been some crazy ideas we could've included, I think this feels just right to be the final product, and a fitting homage to the original. I hope you feel the same way, and enjoy!

iirc gavin said this intro was based off of ichika nito's style, not much else to say tbh. it wasn't bad but i preferred gp's and obviously the final intro is much better. the rhythm right before the drop is pretty cool, and the guitar tone is nice, but there are weird things here, like the flute.

this one was pretty good; a bit slower paced than mine and gavin's, with some good buildup and percussion. the only thing i didn't like was the guitar tones feeling a bit "dry" and unamped, if that makes sense.

i made this intro while listening to a lot of plini; the clean guitar in the beginning is based off of the intro guitar from 'Selenium Forest'. the use of almost 'childlike' happiness with the guitar and electric piano right before the drop was inspired by a lot of his works, but mostly 'Electric Sunrise'. i liked the instrumentation and mixing in this, but it lacked originality and good buildup unlike the others.
