On this edition of "Journey to Cydana," let us journey north to the city of Toronto, where a young artist and DJ is carving out his own niche. 

Growing up in a culturally diverse environment, ARJ (IR) always kept his finger to the pulse of the emotive, textured and global sound of Electronic and House music. Inspired by his Iranian roots, he has crafted a sound that is both Organic, Progressive, and equally as deep, emotive and energetic.

Blending his influences and defining his cadence to the legends of the scene such as Hernán Cattáneo, Sébastien Léger, Guy J, and John Cosani, he is beginning to make waves in his birthplace's underground music scene.

Melina Quiroz, also known as Meline, is a prominent Argentine DJ and electronic music producer. Based in Buenos Aires, her passion for music since a very young age led her to study at a conservatory and take lessons in singing, piano, guitar, dance, and musical theater.

In 2022, she began her career as a DJ, taking classes at the renowned Arjaus Academy, where she quickly stood out for her talent in harmonic and progressive mixing. In 2023, she started training in music production, and today her music has been released on labels such as DROID9, South America Avenue, For Senses, Droid9 South America, among others.
