Weils so schön war hier knapp 2,5h Re-Recording meines Märchenbazar Closing Sets aus dem Dezember 2022. Der Vibe war einmalig und das Set wurde immer länger und länger. Am Ende waren es dann vor allem Dank eines Spontan B2B mit Etzo knapp 11h - Danke an alle Bazarmitarbeiter für diesen gelungen Abschluss und an Bene für die spaßige Nacht <3

FonoFuchs - JF 2023 - WE ARE ALL MAD HERE - Secret Open Air

And we are back with the 11th edition of Shir Khan’s Black Jukebox Series. This time Shir Khan has collected 3 heavy jams from Purple Disco Machine, Dayne S and Zoka. We didn't do any promo for this one so far but it's available in a few good recordstores now.
A1 was played by Pete Tong at BBC Radio 1 last week and it's compilation of the week at DMC World.
PDM's "Magic" kicks off proceedings with a well know male-rap vocal collaged onto a funky shaker rhythm before "Evil Vibration" by the Mighty Ryeders gets lo-pass filtered into just bass and groove. Every so often the catchy rap hook gets fired over the top of the mix with aplomb, hitting hard and working collaboratively with the hi-pass filtered sections. Dayne S's "My Soul" is up next, another soundsystem-ready disco-house jam which tickles the subwoofers beautifully and seems purpose built for eyes-wide-shut Summer terrace play in big outdoor spaces. Zoka brings two cuts to the B-side. "I Don't Dance" deploys some nice warm disco drums before subtly working in some intricate guitar parts, funky b-line and sensual female vocals. Another hip-shaker to get an early evening dancefloor wiggling too. Finally, "Professional Dancer" closes off the EP with a percussion heavy workout taking in wicky-wicky guitar (official term) and heady, psychedelic elements; a loft-party future classic for sophisticated dancers everywhere.

Luckiely we found a part from our set we played on fusion festival at Sonnendeck this year and being  super happy to share it with you, cause this was a special and unforgettabel time for us and we  are still speachless. We got engaged the day before wile our beloved matanzas where playing so we where floating high of emotions in to our gig the next day and wow this was breathtaking and one of our greates showes so far, something for the books. So enjoy the trip as much as we did

Fusion Festival - Sonnendeck

We want to thank the whole Zugvøgel Team for the invitation and the trust! It felt really special. A lot of things happened during our set. There was some pyro action, a birthday (Happy birthday again Carsten!) and one of the best crowds we ever played for.

Oberst & Buchner @ Zugvøgel Festival 2019

Wednesday morning somewhere in nowhere & day 3 on the playa of that magical place called Burning Man where your imagination is not limited, where money doesn't exist and everything could be possible where we had the great opportunity to play a sunrise set at Opulent Chill and couldn't be more proud of the recording and our inner playa soundtrack.

We also would like to thank each and everyone of you we met and who made this burn so special and a special thanks to @opulent-chill for inviting us to their beautiful, chilled camp and the great hospitality and everything <3
