After turning in an amazing remix on our last ep, we are delighted to feature a full release from our Swedish friend Chris Llopis. With releases on Open Up, Der Traegerlose Hut, Eminor Records, kachelfunk Musik,  Chris is no stranger to the dance arena. Here he gives us an amazingly produced ep of deep dance-floor joy. The title track "Searchlight" holds itself with its hypnotic hook and delivers a funky drive through crisp rhythms and spacious atmospheres...a deliciously trippy groove. "Lets go there" does exactly that. Featuring Lex on vocal duties, he coaxes us through a luxuriously stripped back, tight and funky journey of epic proportions. On remix duties, Dysfunctional Disco deliver a slower deep-house workout that will keep the after party swinging, with clever edits and twitchy grooves - a lush laid back affair. James Monro gives us a strong more progressive techno workout. Ditching most of the vocal, his emphasis is on a pulsating bottom end and a relentless, shimmering build to create the pressure...lets go there!
