I am a songwriter for about 40 years and back in the days, I composed my music helped by musicians or I made them on the computer with cubase or synthesizer at that moment highly controversial, We are facing a new era, long ago when the synthesizer en computer music was new and controversial so is AI now, for me as songwriter it helps me to let my lyrics live, its not a click on the button and it is ready, it takes sometimes days before you get the results that you want, just when I composed on the PC. The only real new thing is that you can create AI voices so you can try different styles. At this moment AI is controversial just back in the days with the synthesizer and computer composed music. For me as songwriter and Lyricist a perfect tool to play and test new songs. I think that a lot of famous artists work with AI to created new songs, you can write them out on paper let it play en recorded by live musicians and you create new music made by AI and you never know it. It will never replace a live artist, but there are a few great artists, and a lot who can only sing with Auto-tune or a lot of help from...computers and software.
