This is just a little cathartic shitpost semi-freestyle I needed to express my anxieties about the future. I'm taking a gap year in Canada to work on music full time and I'm terrified that all the effort and energy I'm investing is gonna be all in vain hahahAHHAHA. I'm 18 in like two weeks so there's the insidious lurking of adulthood and responsibility breathing down my neck and maybe going to Canada is just a desperate attempt of escape???? i feel like in those 11 months I'll have to make my magnum opus or otherwise it would have been a waste but in my head I know that's not true. I feel like there's a time limit on success even though i know, intellectually that everyone has there own journeys and no two paths are the same.
