Bordello A Parigi is celebrating its fifth anniversary in style with a series of releases. First off there's an EP by rising outfit Younger Than Me from Milan. The duo teamed up with singer Lara Caprotti for their debut release "Honey" which includes an original and an instrumental mix, as well as two remixes by Uabos and Massimiliano Pagliara. The latter is our premiere of the day, an excellent Nu-Disco jam reminiscent of Patrick Cowley's finest moments. Look out for the next EPs of the series including our protege Alan Dente's eagerly awaited debut !

The Violet Hour is the exclusive project of Panorama Bar resident Massimiliano Pagliara and Michael Greene aka Fort Romeau, for Berlin imprint Cocktail d’Amore. 
One Morning In The Future takes over the A side. A total dancefloor pleaser. Treating us with Chicago house-inspired drums and that kind of cosmic pads that make any seasoned raver jump and kiss a nearby stranger. The intensity never stops growing - with new melodic strings appearing unexpectedly, projecting the track to the rings of Saturn.
An involving italo-classic bassline characterizes Ultraviolet, together with an explosive layering of synthy melodies. The B2 Prisoner Of Love is a seductive dialogue between synthesizers and classic piano, resulting in a comforting, romantic piece of cosmic disco. These two tracks illuminate feelings of looking at a violet sky, but with different attitudes: the first pushes into the unknown looking for a happy ending, while the second is nostalgic and tender.
The Violet Hour is an evergreen example of contemporary man-machine lovemaking.

B1 - Ultraviolet

Mushroom House is the Toy Tonics series for house and electronic music with an weirdo-afro-psychedelic touch. Only exclusive productions. EP 3 includes 4 tracks : Ponty Mython from Dirt Crew delivers a fabulous old school disco percussion jam. Pure 80's New York style. Kiwi from London comes with a tune that is far away from that electronic sound he had on his last EP for FutureBoogie. For Mushroom House he made a mid tempo track with heavy drum solo inside that will make people scream on your dancefloor. 
On the flip side, RED AXES present an abstract Arabian Electo rework of Munk’s "Bolero Bunuel". And then there is a track by the Barking Dogs from Milan/Italy. They run one of the best record stores in Italy (Serendeepity Records) and organize events all over their country. In the basement of their shop they have a great studio with a collection of analogue synths and drum machines. Doing their weird edits and tunes. They teamed up with friend Tom Trago to make a vintage house track.
