In a grim, dystopian future, a mysterious and deadly plague known as 'Black Cough' spreads across the world, leaving entire cities in ruin. The disease starts with a simple cough, but soon, the infected begin to show blackened veins and lose control of their bodies, succumbing to madness before death. Governments collapse, and society falls into chaos as people live in fear of the next outbreak.

Amid the devastation, a young medic named Lena, who lost her family to the plague, works with a group of survivors in one of the last quarantined cities. Desperate to save her city and stop the Black Cough, Lena embarks on a perilous journey to find the lab and recover the lost research.
