Jahmyah is a reggae/dancehall artiste born in St. Andrew Jamaica but grew up in St. Catherine, Portmore.  At 4 years old he discovered his love for music through the early influences of his cousin, Phyllis Dillon and father who was a member of the musical trio, Tropic Shadows. (10) Years later he fully embraced his craft; singing, writing and performing cover songs for Baby Face, R. Kelly and Shai. Jahmyah never strayed from his roots as his love for Rock Steady, Roots and lovers Rock Reggae and of course dancehall kept him in tuned with Jamaican influences like Sanchez, Pinchers, Singing Melody, Thriller U and Wayne Wonder.
