Surrounded by a day that evolves into a cozy hug. Hugged by a life that can feel random, but might just as well be guided by a consciousness too vast to understand.

When a cloud lifts at that specific moment. When a leaf comes into your view while you think about longing. When your gaze meets someone else’s eyes, in weirdly perfect timing, and a smile crosses both of you.

When you experience life as soothed connection into possibilities, beyond time, beyond fear, beyond thought, beyond yourself. When you are complete.

Homesick for Connection

Healing requires self-love: to care for and soothe yourself, based on measurable, quantifiable actions. Every day can have them: to take a longer shower. To prepare a meal just for yourself – or for others. To stay in, or go out. To call someone, or to not call someone.
What does it mean to love yourself? How does your self-love express itself?
What does it mean to come home, to yourself?
