Christian J is from London, UK, and has had a love of electronic music of all kinds from a young age. Trance captured his attention at the turn of the millennium, and the core of that sound is present in his sets today. He has evolved his style into a mix of dreamy melodic techno, progressive and techno-influenced productions, as well as the deeper grooves of tougher house sounds.
Having DJ-ed in London at The Egg and Ministry of Sound, Christian is also half of a successful podcast mix series, Five Plus Five, which is co-curated by his DJ partner Tom McGuigan.

London-based Christian J’s DJ history began with a pair of Numark vinyl decks during the peak of the golden era of the progressive house and trance scene. The core of this sound now inspires his sets, which span the deeper and darker side of melodic, progressive house and techno. Having taken his sound to the airwaves at Voices Radio and Bloop London, Christian has most recently played at Body Movements festival, Grow in Hackney and the Prince of Wales in Brixton alongside a new residency for Pick and Mix Sessions.
