Set on a bed of field recordings of a gentle rain, homemade tubular bells, sine waves, and pan drums cascade together and around one another in a soundscape designed to enhance the frequency of Manipura (the solar plexus chakra).   

The instruments used were tuned to C @ 528 hertz using a theta wave carrier frequency at 6 hertz (binaural beats) and a 1.5 hertz isochronic subharmonic pulse frequency.

Representing our will and personal I AM power center, the solar plexus chakra signifies our level of discipline, awareness of the authentic self,  independence, and our ability to take responsibility for our own thoughts and actions when in balance.

Often referred to as the "love frequency" (not to be confused with the heart chakra), 528 hertz is a powerful tone for connecting with nature, balancing energy, and promoting overall health and mental clarity.

**Binaural beats are best experienced using headphones in order for the carrier frequencies to promote hemispheric lateralization of the mind as well as regulation of the body's systems.
