The instruments were all tuned to and composed in the key of F @ 176 hertz, (in the solfeggio tuning of 444 hz), with additional carrier frequencies at 88 hertz that were created using theta-wave carrier frequencies at 6 hertz (binaural beats), ideal for meditative and relaxed pre-REM cycle cognitive states.

88 hz and 176 hz are optimal Rife healing frequencies for addressing abdominal health, digestion, and general well-being.
