Beauty is both gift and pain.
It makes me wonder, it pulls me in – and at the same time it pushes me away. It stays beyond my grasp, untouchable. That’s what makes it so powerful: it burns me from a distance, it makes me weep, and still I cannot turn my eyes away. I have to look.

This song is a confession. It is never about possessing or holding on to someone. It is about saying: Yes, I want. Yes, I burn. Yes, I am lost.

That is not a loss, but the direct experience of a truth of love. The existence of truth as a real value.

Maybe the song feels sad – the way autumn feels sad. When leaves are falling, we know everything will pass. And just then it shines brighter.

So it is with desire, with love, with beauty: they show us life itself – as the truest value.
