Originally born and raised in Curaçao, he goes by the name M8. Lived most of his life in Curaçao before moving abruptly back and forth to the Netherlands.

Coming from a low income family he still managed to make the best out of it. With his ambition and passion to be an artist he pursuit his talents in music and film.

Local rap in Curaçao really drove him to start writing his own style of music. By singing and rapping in his native language he tries to motivate the people of his island.

A lot of his fans know him from the days of "Jerry × Mocho" a duo.
