It's a song about resisting oppression when you're feeling paralyzed and powerless against all kinds of authorities.
Be that politicians, police, parents or generally the old generation holding back the young generation when it comes to climate change, the pandemic, discrimination and even people fighting for friggin toiletpaper!

Some have pointed out a Linkin Park vibe that I previously wasn't aware of but it makes total sense, they're one of my favourite bands!

Thought it was about time I wrote a song with a girl's name as the title. Couldn't make my mind up and came up with this. The Beautiful South's Song for Whoever perhaps a subliminal influence. In my head, it sounds like Elvis Costello or maybe Bob Dyan. Needs work, re-arranging but a live favourite nonetheless.
