Marcel Coenen is a well known Dutch guitarist and has played with many well known musicians all over the world, like Chuck Billy (Testament), Joey Belladonna (Anthrax), UDO (ex-Accept), Floor Jansen (Nightwish), John Macaluso (James La Brie, Ark), Bob Katsionis (Firewind), Joachim Cans (Hammerfall), Michael Kiske (Ex-Helloween), Joakim Brodén (Sabaton), Jorn Lande (Jorn), Russell Allen (Symphony X), Damian Wilson (Threshold), Mats Levén (Krux), Christina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil), Tim "Ripper" Owens (ex-Judas Priest), Paul DiAnno (ex-Iron Maiden), Atma Anur (Ex-Cacophony) and many more. 

Marcel is playing the guitar since 1983 and since then he played in many bands and projects. 

I'm a singer and play tapguitar or touchstyle on various stringed instruments. I used to play the Chapman Stick, I was one of the pioneering players. Now I play a similar tapguitar called the Ziggy , which I also represent and sell for Music Marketing from Germany. On this 12-stringed instrument, designed by the German luthier Siggi Abramzik, one can play bass & guitar at the same time. 
I also tap on electric and acoustic basses & guitars as well as on the 9-string Kelstone , made and invented by Jan van Kelst of Belgium. I also represent and sell this original instrument.

“Hi my name is, joop (Wolters) I was born on 08-06-1971 in a place called Middelburg residing in the Netherlands. I am an autodidact composer/musician who started to play guitar/bass in 1986 at the age of 15. I learned making music mainly by coming up with my own stuff and listening to records. I love to compose, improvise, and record music by playing mainly guitar, bass guitar and programming drum i work like this since beginning 90ties , i use for final recordings programmed drums as well as Real drumers..it depends on the song (budget) . I played in several bands/projects besides my solo-works.. from 1988 onwards until now as well as commercial stuff live/studio. Also spending years playing in bandformations (Elysion from 1990 till 1996) and with band ,Arabesque (1989-2004) several other groups comercial circuit 
Met new musicians via the internet and this resulted in other projects and collaborations like (Shadrane, LaLu-project, Hubi Meisel..etc)!! ... 
, When recording my solo- albums i mainly play all of the instruments because i just loved to do like that,music to me is like painting and the instruments are the colours..Sometimes i love to invite guestmusicians/frriends for their personal voice on some of the tunes for soloes or other stuff
I also play with a trio (JoopWoltersTrio JWT) to bring some of my music out on the road ..
