We were a couple political science graduate students at the University of Western Ontario who, before our inevitable ascent into unemployment upon graduation, took some time to write and record some music. Although our musical backgrounds largely differed (emo revival / funk / Swedish death metal) we were able to come together and write some pop-punk (ish?) jams - and we are pretty dang stoked to share 'em with ya'll.

[DISTANT SCREAMING] is an instrumental synth project with a heavy emphasis on sci-fi/horror soundtracks from the 70's and 80's, while adhering to a modern, and concise approach to song structure. The results of which sound equally appropriate for surviving any impending dystopian collapse, 3am pursuits by supernatural forces, monster truck rallies, or VHS tapes of cult compound tours.
