The music is born of improvisational performances so with a little luck you'll catch the "mistakes and imperfections" now and then, or as Miles Davis once said "Don't fear mistakes, there are none" and that ethos is in clear evidence within the music of Dh8R's. The core of Dh8R's is made up of Douglas Wilkerson and Michael Grimes who collaborate with friends old and new."

Christopher Robin Cox is a trombonist, composer and free improviser, heavily active on the Budapest underground music scene, and increasingly traveling to other parts of Europe. He often performs solo, utilizing electronics, but also with many artists playing acoustic. 
In the last year he has played numerous shows in France, Austria, Czechia, and Croatia, with such artists as George Cremasci, Jakub Svenar, Zeynep Sarikartal, Franz Hautzinger, Jason Robinson, Denman Maroney, Denis Fournier, and many others.
