KayJay creates "real" music for people who are looking for something with more substance than your 'run-of-the-mill' generic pop. Bringing the Fun back to Funky and with a no-nonsense attitude, KayJay makes people sit up and take notice, inspiring people on a deeper, more spiritual level - she believes in keeping it real, but speaking her truth.

KayJay is a likeable artist. She's not trying to be overtly sexual or controversial, and aren't we all getting tired of that? She's simply a human being with issues like the rest of us, expressing her life experiences, and views on everything from love and friendship, spirituality and sense of self, through her music - after all, isn't that how it's supposed to be?

KayJay began her commercial career on the session circuit in London and has worked with some of the UK's top Artists and session musicians, working on albums, international tours, and TV shows with; BRIT & MOBO Award Winners; Lemar, Gabrielle & Shola Ama, also with the Stereophonics, Jamiroquai, Westlife, Roni Size, Jocelyn Brown, Lisa Stansfield, Alexander O'Neal, Loose Ends & Rose Royce to name a few! KayJay has performed on various TV shows such as; "Later...with Jools Holland", "CD:UK", "T4" and MTV. 

KayJay was formerly Lead Vocalist with original 80's Soul Disco group "Odyssey" and toured extensively across the UK and Europe.

KayJay has certainly paid her dues bu all good things come to those who wait - thankfully, the wait is over and KayJay's star is rising fast!

Buddha Fly's music represents life, and the balance there in. One minute they are searching for an answer through improvisation and the next they are holding down a groove. One song may transcend you to another place while another has roots to plant you down on Earth. Their repertoire has songs for every audience, emotion, or state of mind you can think of. 
When you see a Buddha Fly show you will be impressed by the level of musicianship. This group of musicians has played all kinds of music and it shows. Jazz, funk, rock, soul...whatever it is, these Buddha "Flyists" are definitely using what they know to create something new.
