Avar Garden is more than the alter ego of Francisco A, Vargas González. It is his new vision of the world through the more electronic sounds composed of synthesizers that form a perfect melodic work. A concept such as the Avant-garde  takes its metamorphosis to a experimental and innovative stage that is reflected in its productions, and gives its new aka name.

In this new stage, he forms a digital record label, with other melodic techno enthusiasts, Awen Records. A new adventure as A & R and manager that will accompany this musical transition that is living, putting him in contact with talented producers who like him look for a gap in the dome of electronic music.

Avar Garden owns one of the best clubs in Malaga, Project 13, a small place in his native city where he can escape and take his new concept and elevate it to its maximum potential. He has had the pleasure of playing with Maceo Plex, Adriatique, Âme, Cora Novoa, Shall Ocin, Joris Voorn, Coyu, Edu Imbernon, Popof, Uner, German Brigante among others ... and participated in festivals such as '' Dream don't sleep '' of the well-known Maceo Plex or at Weekend Beach Festival 2015.

AkpaLa is the brand-new Organic House project of Pedro Mercado and Na Te: sexy, bohemian, hedonistic, oriental, ethnic, shamanic & spiritual sounds with a female touch – inspired by events such as Burning Man & Gardens of Babylon – is to be expected from them! Starting from 2022 their collab productions and their sets will be performed as “AkpaLa” instead of just “Pedro Mercado & Na Te”.

Pedro Mercado is one of the most known Belgian DJ/Producers in the Progressive House and Melodic Techno scene, reaching regularly the Beatport Top 100 on many highly regarded international labels (Parquet, Krafted Underground, Tanzgemeinschaft, Particles, Proton, Bonzai, Frequenza, Natura Viva, Dear Deer, Beatfreak, Manual, Awen, Project 13,...) which gets him gigs all over the world. He is also label manager of Chrom Recordings. During the pandemic and lockdowns he got more and more into Organic House and with this new “AkpaLa” monniker he wants to make a clear distinction from his usual and known Progressive & Melodic style.

Na Te is a multi-talented female artist: next to her DJ/Producer skills she is also making micro-macrame jewellery & channelled light-language artwork, and offering spiritual guidance under the name Blueyespiritlight.
In the past Pedro Mercado & Na Te released already several tracks & remixes together and 5 years ago they started a weekly radio show on Ibiza Global Radio. Nowadays they host monthly radioshows on Frisky Radio (Nomadland) & Proton Radio (Up-To-Deep). They are both also resident-DJs of the Planet Ibiza brand and performed already B2B in Belgium, Ibiza & Berlin. Starting from 2022 they will use the monniker “AkpaLa” for their collab tracks and their solo and/or B2B sets in Organic House.
