There is no fixed criteria to this segment. It's all focused on emerging talent - regardless of social media presence, releases, or being active on the live circuit. The only prerequisite is prevalent passion. As you already know, we at Chronicles are not limited by any genre bias. All genres are welcome. The essence of this segment is the anatomy of the mix and the technical skills utilised to create that story.

Chronicles Commends : Echo (USA)

After listening to countless Armin Van Buuren and Tiesto mixes in the early 2000s, Jordan Caron felt inspired and wanted to learn to DJ in 2003. He was hooked instantly and started playing trance and progressive house. For over twenty years, one constant in his mixes and sets has been melodies.

Each of his mixes and live sets is meticulously curated to share what emotions he's feeling at the time. He wants listeners to connect deeper with him through music and share what's present for him, as he does with his Chasing The Vibe mixes. Behind each artist is a person, and he wants you to know his struggles and triumphs honestly.

His production journey has been a slow but rewarding challenge. Growing up, he didn't play musical instruments and focused on sports, particularly golf. But over the years, he felt like he wanted to learn music production himself. His originals and remixes have been released on labels like 3rd Avenue, Be Adult Music, Stellar Fountain, Nordic Voyage and more.

StarCollective was created in Portland, Oregon in 1996. It all began with throwing underground parties and a passion for djing..... Then, a  move to Denver, Colorado in 1999 where the parties continued. Now based in my hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, StarCollective continues to push the house music vibe. Philadelphia is a true house music city, and I am proud to be a part of the family.
