I'm a scientist at heart, but music is the closest to thing to magic that I've found. It's been said a million times before but in the flow state you really do feel like a conduit through which the inspiration and ideas pass, rather than the source. One sound leads to the next, like there's no other choice. Like the unfurling of a fractal. My purpose is to become good enough at the craft that I hear what arises out of the ether and use the right brushes and palette as I try to capture it. 

Visionquest is a voyage through sound with no known destination. I'll try to get out of the way and let whatever is meant to happen just happen. I'm releasing one each month (two episodes to start things in motion today). I've no idea where this is going but I wanted to take everyone along for the ride.
