Beautiful, Chuck! Poignant and my most heartfelt and genuine condolences, Friend. Having both a Daughter and Son in that same age range, cannot even begin to imagine. No words seem adequate, My Friend. Hope only the best, happiest memories hope to help out in some small way, but know that the void will never be filled.

Upon reading your track note, I had to go back and listen with this understanding of your profound loss. Being a daddy to three precious daughters, all now in their 40's, the loss of any of them would be crushing.  Thank you for sharing your wounded heart and healing soul with us.

A truly touching song Chuck, straight from the heart, we always expect to go before our Children but we don't have any say in it, there is something comforting about the rain falling outside maybe the though that it washes everything clean and allows you you to start again. A very difficult write but very beautiful. Johnny

Tough one here.  In recent years, I have lost many family members and so many friend.  The deepest cut was the lost of my beautiful 31 year old daughter a few years ago this month.  As members of this human race we all share in these emotions and feelings.  Many, many good days, some sad.  SO IS LIFE

Dreams Don T Go Away (Original)

Retired musician .  Just writing a few simple songs about
life and growing old.  Song about my childhood on a
Louisiana delta farm.  Most songs were written and composed by me on my Boss  BR8 Digital Recording Studio.  Hope to complete my first CD soon.  I have a few cover songs also.
