Whilst they have called Berlin their home since 2010, our own halls in Canning Town do not feel complete without the presence of @s_ruston. A relationship that began long before we welcomed our first guest; S Ruston has been with us every step of our journey, and now they return to play at RE:SISTANCE 004.

The Bristolian’s natural jungle & drum and bass roots shine through in their music; a sensory overload fully-stocked with rapid, bassy selections and interlaced with old school UK rave. These riotous performances are seen most commonly in the German capital’s sex-positive party scene, with residencies at femme-forward Lecken and clubs Renate and Else, yet they frequently take time to revisit our home in East London, with each occasion cherished.

Miri Malek is a Scottish-Iranian DJ & producer playing a powerful blend of low-end UK-influenced selections, with a focus on stranger textures and dark, percussive grooves. They are the founder of Dwam, an interdisciplinary platform which runs its first artist residency this April at 90mil. 
Harmoni, a classically-trained singer and instrumentalist from Mozambique, derives her name from her unique ability to construct vocal harmonies. She specializes in genres such as Afro soul, neo soul, and trap soul, while also exploring new avenues within her vocal range.
At coppi, Miri Malek and Harmoni join forces for a moody bass set layered with ethereal, penetrating vocals.
